Rent Our Facilities

Do you need places and spaces for your next event? The City of Fairfield can help! Many of our facilities are available for use by community and private groups on a rental basis both weekdays and weekends.

To use the City of Fairfield's online registration system, all customers will need to create a new account to register for programs and classes, pay invoices, review purchase history, and reserve parks and facilities from one convenient portal.

Rental Forms and Application Information

We can accommodate receptions, dances, conferences, educational sessions and workshops, birthday parties, golf tournaments, and theater performances, to name a few, at the following facilities:

Adult Recreation Center

The Fairfield Adult Recreation Center has a number of rooms available for groups from 10 to 180.

Contains a commercial kitchen and rooms suitable for a variety of functions
Close to major shopping, restaurants, numerous city government, and downtown services
Located adjacent to Civic Center Lake with its beautiful outdoor park

Whatever your event, the Adult Recreation Center is a good choice and good value for you.

Community Center

The diversity offered in this multi-faceted facility will definitely meet the space needs of your group. With a commercial-size kitchen, our Assembly Hall accommodates banquet-style seating for groups of just under 500 or audience seating for 600. A variety of wisteria-covered patio areas and rooms with lakeside views are ideal for meetings, workshops, and seminars.

Dunnell Nature Park and Education Center

Located on the corner of Hilborn Road and Hillridge Drive in the Rolling Hills subdivision, the Dunnell Property is known by several names including the Peacock Ranch and Dunnell-Burton Ranch. It is adjacent to 770 acres of City owned and managed open space properties. The Dunnell Nature Park and Education Center was envisioned by a citizen advisory committee. The committee created a comprehensive plan that preserves the natural characteristics of this 6.2-acre site on Hilborn Road. The land was left to the City in 1998 by the Dunnell family for a park. The plan was approved by the City Council in 2004.

The interactive nature park features a demonstration garden, conservation themed bi-lingual interpretives, home for the peacocks, woodlands, grassland restoration area, a creek, overlook and adventure play area.

Adopt-A-Park

Dunnell Nature Park has been adopted by Fairfield-Suisun Twilight Rotary Club.

Neighborhood Centers

There are two Neighborhood Centers that are ideal to rent for small business gatherings, product parties and meetings. The facilities include:

1,200 square feet of open meeting space
Kitchenette
Restrooms
Tables and chairs for up to 50 people

The Neighborhood Centers are located at:

Laurel Creek Neighborhood Center (adjacent to Laurel Creek School at 2980 Gulf Drive)
Mankas Neighborhood Center (in Mankas Park at 2800 Owens Street)

The Neighborhood Centers are generally available for rent Monday through Friday evenings and on the weekends. Rates range from $50 to $60 per hour. A $120 cleaning and damage deposit is also required.

Sports Center

In the mood to exercise or just relax in between your seminars, conventions, or meetings? The Fairfield Sports Center is a great place to gather! You and your group can play tennis, volleyball, full-court basketball or horseshoes.

Our sports specialists are creative and talented and can provide you with all your sports needs. Let them arrange a sports package designed especially for your group.

Located at 1741 W Texas Street on the corner of West Texas and 5th Streets.

Allan Witt Aquatics Center

The City of Fairfield provides year round aquatic operation at the Aquatics Complex at Allan Witt Park. Enjoy the warm waters of the indoor Natatorium all year and cool off during the summer by enjoying outdoor amenities including the Big & Little Dipper water slides, Playland Lagoon and Lil’ Squirt wet play area.

The Aquatics Complex amenities include:

Natatorium with retractable roof, a zero-depth entry play area, a lazy river current for fun and exercise, and a six-lane activity pool with a drop slide and 1-meter diving board.
Playland Lagoon - an outside shallow play area for kids including slides, climbing structures, water dumping toys and water spray features adjacent to a grass area for families to lounge and enjoy the sunshine.
Two 30-foot serpentine pool slides to keep anyone over 48 inches entertained.
Shaded group picnic areas.

Important: Gator’s Grub is closed and concessions are no longer available. There are vending machines on site and guests can now bring in their own food and drinks. Please no glass or alcohol.
