Risk Management is a division of the Finance Department responsible for general liability, tort claims, insurance and litigation management. Workers’ Compensation and employee safety are administered by the Human Resources Department.

Liability Claims

The City self-administers our liability claims and utilizes George Hills Company to host our claim data, issue claim payments and provides ancillary claim services such as Medicare Reporting, OFAC/fraud queries and generates claim data reports.
