OVERVIEW 

The City of Fairfield administers 18 landscaping and lighting maintenance districts (LLMDs) which were formed between 1984, and 2023, under the State of California Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, Streets and Highways Code Section 22500, et seq., to provide funding for the maintenance of landscaping and lighting improvements within the various development areas.
