OVERVIEW

Landscaping and lighting maintenance districts (LLMD's) are funding mechanisms established by local governments in accordance with the State of California Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972, Streets and Highways Code Section 22500, et seq. to provide landscaping and lighting services, facilities, or other improvements in a defined geographic area.
