Rockville Hills Regional Park is owned by the City of Fairfield but lies within the jurisdiction of Solano County. The Sheriff Department responds to serious offenses within the Park. The Park Rangers handle less serious offenses in the Park by issuing Citations.

  • In case of an emergency, please call 911.
  • Any 911 call made from a cell phone will be routed to the California Highway Patrol.
  • In the case of non-urgent matters, please call the Solano County Sheriff Department dispatch directly at (707) 421-7090.
  • All other matters can be referred to the park rangers at (707) 428-7614.

City Municipal Code

City Council revised Chapter 12B; Parks and Recreation section of the City Municipal Code in July 2004 to better preserve and protect the City's parks and open space properties and to compliment the Administrative Citation Program. Please make sure that you are familiar with the ordinances governing the Park before recreating there.
