CaveRockville Hills Regional Park is home to a variety of plant and animal species each thriving in their own special niches. These special niches are the building blocks that comprise the Park’s various plant communities and habitats, which form the Park’s ecosystem. The Park is comprised of multiple plant communities, which include oak woodlands, grassland savannas, chaparral, and various aquatic habitats. The Park’s Management Plan focuses on preserving and restoring these precious natural resources.
