PAL Volunteer Opportunities

Help us make a difference afterschool! Adult and high school volunteers needed for teen programs at the Fairfield PAL Center. The Fairfield PAL program offers Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis teens a place to grow, learn, and build the skills they need today and in the future.

Please note: California Senate Bill 506 imposes new requirements to volunteer with youth that includes an FBI background check and Mandated Reporter Certification.

Math Tutors (solving equations, fractions, etc.)	Mon-Thursdays	3pm-5:15pm
Girls on the Run Life Coach The Life Coach is a volunteer role that partners with a team of life coaches to facilitate, motivate and mentor young girls using the research proven curriculum. As a life coach, you commitment to 1-2 days/week for 10 weeks (4 hrs./week). At least one life coach must be CPR/first aid certified. You don't have to be a runner to be a positive & healthy role model to inspire a young girl to believe in herself and her dreams.	Tuesdays / Thursdays Must be able to attend training on either Saturday, February 15 or 22nd. (9am to 3:00 pm)	4:30pm-6:30pm
Cardio Drumming Instructor	Mondays	7pm
Cardio Machine / Fitness Room Attendants	Mon-Fridays	Between 3pm and 9pm
Cardio Gym DJ’s	Mon-Fridays	Between 3pm and 9pm
Roller Skate Attendants (check in and out skates, provide minor repair, etc.)
